Our Staff

Dr. Harald Joesaar, DDS

Dr. Harald Joesaar is our Dentist.   He enjoys all aspects of Dentistry and is consistently taking courses to improve his knowledge base.   Dr. Joesaar is a Colorado native who grew up in the mountains near Central City.  He attended Denver’s Metropolitan State College where he majored in Sociology and English Literature.  Then, he studied Biology at CU, at Denver, and finally graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from the University of Colorado’s School of Dentistry.    He is a member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, and the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society.

Dr. Joesaar enjoys traveling, mountain biking and playing outside.  These days however, he spends most of his leisurely time with his family: wife, Maria and two small children, Sofia and Max.      

Dr. Joesaar believes in helping the underserved population with their dental needs.   He regularly sees patients from Stout Street Foundation, Domestic Violence Dental Care Program, and has traveled as far as Paraguay to do dentistry for the needy.

Gina Wetta, R.D.H. (Registered Dental Hygienist)

Gina is originally from Wichita, Kansas.  She attended Kansas State University for undergraduate school and then went to Wichita State University to complete her Bachelor of Dental Hygiene degree in 2004.  She continues to take continuing education classes and helped organize Bella Dental’s Smile-a-bration at the office in 2005 for under privileged children.   Gina always wanted to go into the dental field since she was eight years old.  She loves the rewards of her job and enjoys the patient interaction.

Gina’s interests include: traveling, skiing, exercise, and spending time with friends.  She recently went to Mexico where she went snorkeling and swam with dolphins.  Next February, she will be traveling to New Zealand for two weeks and will hopefully hit a few countries while she is at it.

 

Stephaine Arb. ,Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Stephaine, (pronounced Stephanie) is Dr. Joesaar's right-hand woman! She has been in dentistry for more than 10 years and can do it all! She is certified to take Xrays, place fillings, take impressions and she always does it with a smile! She has worked in Pediatric dentistry, Oral surgery and Orthodontics.

Stephaine, who is a mother of three, and a Colorado native, loves working out, text messeging, and spending time with her family.


 


Donna Davis, Patient Coordinator, Financial Coordinator

Donna brings 25 years of experience in dentistry to our office.  She grew up in Westminster, then lived and working in Dallas, Las Vegas, and Grand Junction before returning to our area.

Donna is a golfer who takes the game seriously.  Her other hobby is taking care of her conure parrot named PePe who demands all the attention he can get.

Donna likes our staff, patients and the manageable size of our practice.  She feels that the qualities that make our office a good environment for dental care also make our office a pleasant place to work.

 

Inez Polak, Front Desk

Originally from Poland, Inez traveled to the U.S. sixteen years ago after finishing high school.   Her trip became a “never-ending” vacation, as she decided not to return to her homeland.  While living in New York she managed a busy dental practice.  She also met her husband Jack and has been married for 9 years now.   Four years ago, on another vacation, she and Jack came to Colorado and loved it so much that they moved here.  Last year their twosome became a threesome with the addition of their beautiful baby boy, Peter.
          
Inez loves good food, good music, traveling, walking with their second baby, Coco (shi-tzu) who is thirteen years old.
